In order to secure your place on the MGS '25 a deposit contribution of £250 is required, alongside the completion of the booking form below.
Due by 23rd April '25
The second instalment payment will be due by the date mentioned above. This will bring your total amount paid to 50% of the total balance due. The amount due at this time will be subject to your package selection.
Any registrations made after the deposit deadline will be required meet the payment schedule as outlined irrelevant of how soon after the next payment is due. All info will be listed in your booking confirmation.
Due by 24th June '25
Final balance payments will be due by the date mentioned above. Any late registrations made after the second instalment is due but before this payment deadline will be required to clear the balance upon the deadline set above. All info will be listed on your booking confirmation.
No online registrations will be accepted after the final balance payment deadline. Please contact us directly in this eventuality.
Group Cancellation. As per resort policy (D = 19th August) -
- 70% between D-89 and D-30
- 85% between D-29 and D-15
- 95% between D-14 and D-4
Individual Cancellations.
- Generally we want to be as flexible as possible and understand that on the on occasion circumstances can change and we would not be looking to penalise anyone unnecessarily should this be the case - please contract us directly in this eventuality.
