Co-Founder
Golf has been a passion of mine since childhood, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing some of the world’s finest courses whilst visiting some really special places at the same time. Professionally, my background is in IT software delivery and operations, where I’ve spent years helping businesses scale and navigate complex transformations. With XENTRA, I’ve combined my expertise in business growth with my love for game to create premium, seamless, and highly curated golf experiences for our members, fellow pros and partners to leverage and enjoy.

Co-Founder
Golf has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I qualified as a PGA Professional in 2018 and have been lucky enough to spend my years coaching, firstly in Dubai and now at The Berkshire GC in Surrey. While coaching, I developed a passion for taking my service beyond the lesson tee - creating incredible golf travel experiences for players who want more than just a round of golf. That passion led to the creation of XENTRA, where I now bring my expertise and love for the game together to craft world-class golf experiences.

This stage is crucial in enabling us to design the perfect bespoke experience. Here we will organise a call to discuss in detail the groups requirements, including group size, number of nights, rounds, destination, excursion and accommodation preferences.

With the information collected from the consultation the XENTRA Experience Team we begin building the perfect bespoke experience, tailored exactly to the wishes of the group. Along with a draft proposal, we’ll also be defining the experience guide price.

The team will share a draft experience proposal with the group lead to review, followed by a further call to step it through. It’s important to us all that the experience is perfect before we proceed, so we’ll re-run this step as many times until it is.

Upon completion of the review it’s time to get the experience booked. Here we will send the group a final experience proposal including the price and payment schedule, along with our booking T&Cs. Once the deposit has been received and bookings finalised a confirmation email will be issued.

The XENTRA team will share and keep track of the groups payment schedule to help ensure payments are made on time, and will send out reminders when necessary. All payments made are to a trust account ensuring all funds are protected and secured against the experience.

Once the final payment has been made and the experience balance cleared we’ll confirm again that everything is in place, along with any other documents required. As always the team are on hand throughout the duration of your trip for any help you may need.
