EXPERIENCE ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW

  • This stage is crucial in enabling us to design the perfect bespoke experience. Here we will organise a call to discuss in detail the groups requirements, including group size, number of nights, rounds, destination, excursion and accommodation preferences.

  • With the information collected from the consultation the XENTRA Experience Team we begin building the perfect bespoke experience, tailored exactly to the wishes of the group. Along with a draft proposal, we’ll also be defining the experience guide price.

  • The team will share a draft experience proposal with the group lead to review, followed by a further call to step it through. It’s important to us all that the experience is perfect before we proceed, so we’ll re-run this step as many times until it is.

  • Upon completion of the review it’s time to get the experience booked. Here we will send the group a final experience proposal including the price and payment schedule, along with our booking T&Cs. Once the deposit has been received and bookings finalised a confirmation email will be issued.

  • The XENTRA team will share and keep track of the groups payment schedule to help ensure payments are made on time, and will send out reminders when necessary. All payments made are to a trust account ensuring all funds are protected and secured against the experience.

  • Once the final payment has been made and the experience balance cleared we’ll confirm again that everything is in place, along with any other documents required. As always the team are on hand throughout the duration of your trip for any help you may need.

    We’ve never been greeted at our hotel before on any trip in the past, never mind a welcoming drinks reception! The team at Xentra took great care of us with a truly seamless experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone when we needed them.     We didn’t know what to expect from our experience leading up to our travels, we had run out of ideas and asked Xentra for some help in finding our next golfing location and was largely led by their recommendations against our wants and needs. To put it simply our experience was first class. Everything had been carefully considered down to the finest details which really enabled us to experience those things we enjoy most on our travels.

    We wanted to take the stress out of our trip so decided to opt for the Xentra hosted option. We wanted great golf, good food and a varying selection of evening entertainment, and that’s exactly what we got! Transfers and taxis were taken care of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and they knew just the places to take us in the evenings for some fantastic food. What really topped it for us was the morning short game and putting clinics before the golf from the Xentra professional. We never requested this but it was a really nice touch from the hosting team.
